ACT4MO looks at the fiscal condition of our state in response to Governor Kehoe’s State of the State Address.
On Wednesday, Governor Kehoe delivered his State of the State address, highlighting proposals like the “Safer Missouri”
initiative, eliminating income tax, & investing in education & infrastructure.
The passing of Amendment 3 has raised concerns about Missouri’s electoral integrity. With only 8% of counties supporting it, approval depended on Greater Kansas City and St. Louis, allowing out-of-state billionaires to influence our constitution. We must act to protect our rights and demand reforms to safeguard Missouri’s future.
Support SB 22 because it ensures voters receive accurate, unbiased summaries of ballot measures. By expanding the word limit and limiting courts’ ability to rewrite language, this bill prevents special interests from manipulating ballot titles. Missourians deserve clarity, not confusion, when deciding complex issues.
Oppose SB 82 because it allows unregulated exportation of Missouri’s water resources through the bottled water exemption, threatening local water availability and prioritizing corporate profits over public interest.
HB 545 raises concerns about limiting transparency, particularly by restricting access to detailed water usage data. Transparency is vital for ensuring government accountability, especially in managing public resources like water.
Camden County Commissioner Ike Skelton boldly removed a Flock camera, sparking a fierce legal fight over privacy rights and surveillance, stand to help him in this fight.

Missouri stands at a pivotal moment. Although we have a supermajority of Republicans in both chambers, our state budget has nearly doubled in just 4 years; we have gone from a strong pro-life state to one of the most radical pro-abortion states, and our liberties are under constant attack. But you—Missouri’s conservative backbone—are ready to stand up and fight. The challenge? Hardworking citizens like you often struggle to stay informed about fast-moving state legislation while juggling jobs, families, and daily life. That’s where ACT4MO.ORG comes in.
Our goal is clear: Engage, Educate, and Activate Missouri Conservatives. We’re here to help you stay informed about state legislation and ensure your voice is heard in Jefferson City.
How Your Support Makes a Difference
Your donation today will power our mission by:
Engaging Missourians with clear, accessible updates on state legislation—no more digging through complicated reports or missing critical votes.
Educating our community with resources, events, and tools that explain key issues—like defending the unborn and protecting our state’s sovereignty.
Activating conservatives with simple, effective ways to contact representatives, rally support, and influence the laws that shape our future.
Why This Matters
Missouri isn’t just a state—it’s our home and the frontline in the fight for life and liberty. In 2024, we saw America re-elect President Trump, but here at home, we lost the fight to protect the unborn. The attack on our freedoms here at home proves the stakes couldn’t be higher. Yet too many Missourians feel disconnected from the legislative process. ACT4MO.ORG bridges that gap, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to act when it counts.
With your contribution, we’ll:
Build grassroots momentum to defend the freedom and liberty of all Missourians.
Back pro-life, pro-liberty leaders who will represent our values in the state capitol.
Push state legislation that protects life and limits government overreach.
Your Role in Missouri’s Future
The battle for Missouri’s soul—and the lives of the unborn—starts with us. Your donation doesn’t just fund a cause; it equips us with the resources to keep you informed and make your voices heard in Jefferson City.
