House Bill 544 (HB 544) focuses on regulating pesticides by amending Section 281.260 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri (RSMo). This bill would allow pesticides registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to be deemed compliant with state warning label requirements if they meet federal EPA standards. This could allow the manufacturer to escape liability if their products were later found to be harmful. Below are specific concerns contained in this legislation.
SB 84 could silence any questioning of elections in Missouri. It is rumored to be brought back to the Senate floor as early as Thursday, February 13th
Missouri stands at a pivotal moment. Although we have a supermajority of Republicans in both chambers, our state budget has nearly doubled in just 4 years; we have gone from a strong pro-life state to one of the most radical pro-abortion states, and our liberties are under constant attack. But you—Missouri’s conservative backbone—are ready to stand up and fight. The challenge? Hardworking citizens like you often struggle to stay informed about fast-moving state legislation while juggling jobs, families, and daily life. That’s where ACT4MO.ORG comes in.
Our goal is clear: Engage, Educate, and Activate Missouri Conservatives. We’re here to help you stay informed about state legislation and ensure your voice is heard in Jefferson City.
How Your Support Makes a Difference
Your donation today will power our mission by:
Engaging Missourians with clear, accessible updates on state legislation—no more digging through complicated reports or missing critical votes.
Educating our community with resources, events, and tools that explain key issues—like defending the unborn and protecting our state’s sovereignty.
Activating conservatives with simple, effective ways to contact representatives, rally support, and influence the laws that shape our future.
Why This Matters
Missouri isn’t just a state—it’s our home and the frontline in the fight for life and liberty. In 2024, we saw America re-elect President Trump, but here at home, we lost the fight to protect the unborn. The attack on our freedoms here at home proves the stakes couldn’t be higher. Yet too many Missourians feel disconnected from the legislative process. ACT4MO.ORG bridges that gap, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to act when it counts.
With your contribution, we’ll:
Build grassroots momentum to defend the freedom and liberty of all Missourians.
Back pro-life, pro-liberty leaders who will represent our values in the state capitol.
Push state legislation that protects life and limits government overreach.
Your Role in Missouri’s Future
The battle for Missouri’s soul—and the lives of the unborn—starts with us. Your donation doesn’t just fund a cause; it equips us with the resources to keep you informed and make your voices heard in Jefferson City.

Missourians, it’s time to stand up for life and support our pregnancy centers! HR2226, the Let Pregnancy Centers Serve Act of 2025, is a critical bill that protects and strengthens pregnancy centers nationwide. These centers are lifelines for women facing unexpected pregnancies, offering hope, resources, and alternatives to abortion. ACT4MO, a 100% pro-life organization, believes life begins at conception with no exceptions. We’re calling on you to urge your Missouri US Congress members to co-sponsor HR2226 and help move this vital legislation forward.
Why HR2226 Matters
Pregnancy centers provide essential services—counseling, material support, and ultrasounds—that empower women to choose life. HR2226 ensures these centers can operate without discrimination or government interference, safeguarding their ability to serve women and save lives. Research shows that ultrasounds make a difference: one study found that among women uncertain about their decision, viewing an ultrasound made them significantly less likely to choose abortion.¹ Pregnancy centers are on the front lines, giving women the truth and support they need.
Missouri’s Role in the Fight for Life
In Missouri, we cherish life from conception to natural death. Our pregnancy centers embody this value, offering compassionate care to vulnerable women. Supporting HR2226 strengthens these centers and aligns with our state’s pro-life mission. While we back personhood legislation like Senator Mike Moon’s SJR8, we know this is also a spiritual battle. True victory comes from winning hearts and minds—and pregnancy centers lead that charge with love and truth.
