HB 1413 Modifies Missouri driver’s licenses and nondriver’s licenses to include a symbol that indicates that the holder of the license is a United States citizen.

HB 1413 provides that beginning July 1, 2025, any Missouri driver’s license or nondriver’s license issued to a person who is a citizen of the United States, including naturalized citizens, will have a distinguishing mark on the front of the license that specifies that the license holder is a citizen of the United States.
