We Want Justin Sparks as Speaker of the Missouri House!

After Amendment 3’s recent passage to our state constitution, the role of Speaker of the House has become more critical than ever. Jon Patterson has publicly stated he doesn’t think an abortion ban “works” and that the House will respect the outcome. Clearly, Jon Patterson will not stand for the preborn.

In addition to this statement, Jon Patterson:

  • Voted against IP Reform.
  • Voted against the SAFE Act that protects children from health care providers from performing gender transition surgeries or prescribing hormone/puberty blockers for minors.
  • Help put in place the sunset provision on the  “Men in Women’s Sports Act.”

These are just a few areas in which Jon Patterson has fallen short of what the Missouri Republicans expect from their representatives and certainly should disqualify him from becoming speaker.
