The Missouri GOP State Convention will be held May 4th, 2024 Springfield, Missouri

The Missouri Republican State Convention will be held at the Springfield Expo Center, 635 St. Louis Street, Springfield, MO on May 4, 2024!

Convention Information (From the Missouri GOP Website)

We look forward to seeing you at State Convention! Elected Delegates and Alternates are required to attend, and there is additional room to attend as a guest, even if you were not selected as a Delegate. The Convention is governed by the Call to Convention document, found here, (Pg. 1-8). The State Convention Rules Committee has also authored the Standing Rules of the State Convention, found here. To browse all rules, please click here for access to the Rules folder. The State Convention provides an avenue to perform several tasks, including:

  • Election of twenty-seven (27) Delegates and Alternates At-Large to represent Missouri at the Republican National Convention (Milwaukee, WI on July 16-18, 2024), where the Republican Party will elect our nominee for President of the United States and Vice President of the United States.
  • Election of two (2) At-Large Presidential Electors to serve on the Electoral College for the 2024 Presidential Election cycle.
  • Election of one (1) man and one (1) woman to serve as Members of the Republican National Committee for the next Four Years.
  • Amending and Final Approval of the Draft MRP Platform, which can be viewed on our website here.

Convention Accommodations

The University Plaza Hotel is located directly across from the Springfield Expo Center, and can booked on a group rate until Monday, April 15, 2024! You can book your hotel room here!

Please note that the University Plaza Hotel will book up quickly. However, there are a number of other great hotels in Springfield without a group rate. Some of these can be found below:

Reminder: All Delegates, Alternates, and Guests to the Missouri Republican State Convention are responsible for finding and making your own hotel accommodations.
