Rowden Votes with Democrats against an amendment that prevents Schools and Businesses from mandating COVID-19 JABS!

On March 6th, 2024, Senator Rick Bratton introduced an amendment to Senate Bill SB 818 to prevent schools and businesses from forcing individuals to take COVID-19 injections. Controlling what is injected into our bodies is about as fundamental a right as there is. But Senator Caleb Rowden disagrees. Rowden votes against the amendment, along with all the Democrats. Fortunately for the people of Missouri, the amendment was still passed, with eighteen supporting and ten opposed.

The bill summary states, “SS/SB 818 – Under this act, the Department of Health and Senior Services shall not promulgate or make an order, rule, or regulation to delegate the Department’s authority to make orders, rules, or regulations to any official, agency, or department and shall not promulgate or make an order, rule, or regulation to grant the authority to promulgate or make orders, rules, or regulations to a state or local official.”
